Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have brought from us .If you change your mind for any reason please read our returns policy below.  

 Need to return your item :

 - We are happy to issue a full refund (including original postage paid ) or exchange your unsuitable item within 28 days of you recieving your item .

-  All that we ask is that items are in their original condition , with tags and in re salable condition.  

-  To start your return fill in our Returns form - you will find this under customer service  .

-   Alternatively  if you don't want to  use  our online return form not  a problem  , please include your original  invoice with your return item (contains your original order number )  and state on this  your reason for return, and what you would like exchange/refund.

-  Once we have received your item back we aim to deal with your request within 24 hrs . (Excluding bank holidays )

 

How to return your item ? Its easy

- If you are a UK customer , you should find a pre - paid return label attached to your invoice. Simply peel and stick to front of your parcel and take to the post office (It will be free to return item using this method )

 

-  EU + International customers

 NOTE

- UK buyers if you do not wish to use the free pre paid label supplied we will NOT refund postage paid to return item  

- All orders both UK + International - Refund will include original postage paid . Buyer pays return postage unless using pre paid label or item is faulty.

- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency
